When I met the Miglore’s I was working as an Independent Contractor making about 35-40K a year after 2.5 years. I knew nothing about insurance billing/coding or how to run an office. The training I received has been invaluable and extensive. Now, my colleagues ask ME what to do. That is a great feeling. I graduated from Chiropractic college 6 years ago and have had many different positions as an associate and even owned my own clinic for awhile but I never had the tools to be the success that I knew I could be. The ION CHIRO management team has been great, they have it all so systematized from finding the location and staffing to day to day operations, it's all there. This program is about hard work and holding yourself to a higher standard, it's about compliance and procedures.
I've only been in the ION CHIRO Clinic Ownership Program for 7 months now and I've already tripled my income from where I was before the program. Drs. I liked to think that my chiropractic business had very little plateaus and/or valleys. What can I say that does Dr. Miglore's ION CHIRO system justice? In the past couple months I have implemented this system into my practice and my patient visits have increased by over 100 visits per week and my income has increased 10 fold after struggling for years! Two Years ago I graduated from Palmer Florida and knew that I had a great Chiropractic education, But...
I don't care who you are or what you think you may know, if you're a new grad or have only been out of school for a short while, you don't know nearly as much as you may think you do, trust me! And the things that you do know may be wrong and could lead you into trouble. The most enlightening thing about the ION CHIRO program as I look back is that I never knew how much I didn't know when I graduated. I have learned so much in these last few years about Chiropractic, business, and how to be an employer in an honest, extremely successful clinic. I often speak to doctors who have been practicing for many years and continue to struggle because they are doing the same wrong things over and over again. Even my friends from Palmer cannot believe how much I have achieved in this program in such a short time.
I will admit that this program is seriously demanding and if you are accepted, you will be pushed hard to succeed, but believe me, it is completely worth it; I now own my own million dollar clinic!, and it didn't come from shortcuts or gimmicks. This is truly an ownership program and not one of those "you can own your own clinic...maybe" scenarios. Drs. Miglore are always available and always return my calls in hours if not minutes. Dr. Shaun always says that "an inaccessible coach is no coach at all," and they always have the right answer for every situation. I know that this might seem like an over-the-top testimonial, but I just feel so fortunate to have been accepted into this program and have even referred several of my friends to the interview process. Anyone should beg to get into this program.
