"What exactly is the Rapid Ownership Program?" 

The ION CHIRO Rapid Ownership Program is designed to take extremely motivated doctors with a solid work ethic and train them how to be better doctors and exceptional business people.  We find a location with great potential, build out the office, furnish it and install all of the necessary equipment, hire and train the staff (original staff as the doctor will be trained what to look for and personally do the hiring after that), and prepare the office for opening.  During this time, you attend our bootcamp to learn the office procedures and systems that will allow you to become a competent and highly successful chiropractor and business owner, you will aslo start marketing your for your own clinic prior to the launch. 

 During the associate phase of the program, you will learn by experience with unlimited access to your mentors and management team, without taking on the financial risk that's usually associated with a traditional start up clinics.

After a predetermined time period (dependent on prior experience, doctor comfort, etc) the doctor will be allowed to purchase his/her clinic at a discounted price (less than the fair market value determined by a Independant third party appraiser).  All time frames and agreements are worked out in advance so there are no surprises to either party.  Check out some of our success stories, you may know them. 

Do you have associate positions available?

We do have a few associate positions available, but most of our associates eventually transfer into the ownership program when they see how well the other doctors are doing.

"How much money do I have to invest up front to be a part of this program?"
NOTHING!  Although we are aware of some of these programs, we are not one of them.  We invest our time and money in you and your future practice; which is exactly why we are so motivated to see you succeed.  This is also why we ask that only doctors who are truly motivated apply, and the reason why the doctors who graduate from the program and own their clinics are so happy and grateful.

"What sets ION CHIRO apart from other coaching and practice ownership programs?"

That's an easy one...We REALLY are an ownership program and not just a hollow promise.  We have a proven track record of success and believe that's how you put your money where your mouth is.  The Executive team at ION CHIRO realizes that doctors don't only need mentoring and coaching, but to work in the field and learn from experience. 

Our chief of operations is actually embedded in a new clinic until the staff and doctor are competent and confident and ready to run the show. We challenge you to find another program whose executive team is so confident about their system that they invite outside coaches in as guest speakers.  And our guest speakers are chiropractic rock stars!

You will actually Run your own clinic, make decisions, and manage daily operations.  

"Doc, how do I make good money in a profession that I am passionate about?"

• By HARD WORK and Long Hours and anyone who sells you a line that is contrary to that is simply not telling you the truth and you should RUN not walk away from them.  It's ALL about the patients...when you provide honest and solid treatments that get patients better,  they will stay, pay, and refer their friends and family to you and your office. There is NO Free Lunch. 
  
• We DO NOT teach you how to take short cuts or bill for things you do not do.
• We DO show you how to get paid fairly for what you do in your office and teach you systems to reproduce solid results.
• We DO NOT show you how to take advantage of insurance companies and only insist that you only bill for what you do and document. 
  
• We DO NOT promise to fill up your clinic for you so that it's easy and all you have to do is adjust patients as we believe this is a "clock punching" mentality and breeds lazy physicians.  "Give a man a fish and feed him for the day, Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime".

"Doc, can you show me how to make myself available to those who need me (get new patients)?..."

• The ION CHIRO team will show you internal and external marketing techniques that are tested and proven to produce results.

"Doc, I have potential patients walking in the door but how do I convert the cases I accept..."

"Doc, I don't know anything about office procedures, training staff, insurance, or business, what do I do..."

•  Systems, Systems, Systems.  Every single aspect of an ION CHIRO clinic is systematized from the way the staff answers the phone to the way we the doctor manages his time and provides leadership to his staff.  Successful businesses survive and continue to grow as a result of proven systems that are followed consistently by ALL team members all of the time...Period!
  
• We have manuals for everything; management manuals, doctor's manuals, employee manuals, staff training manuals, marketing manuals and organized operating procedures. 
  
• Our docs have 24 hr a day access to our coaches and operations officer...we believe that an inaccessible coach is not a coach at all.

"Due to the bad economy, what if I cannot get financing for the practice when it's my time to purchase the clinic?"

• Great Question.  Contrary to what you hear all over the news, banks are lending money, but only to doctors with good credit and more importantly, a great cash flow clinic.  We work with several MAJOR banks that have been lending to our doctors for years.  These lenders actually love to see our deals because they know from past history that our doctors are going to continue being successful, which diminishes their (the banks) risk.  Our Practices have always sold below the lenders 3rd party independent appraisal value; giving the doctors built in equity. 
  
• That being said...in order for any doctor to be approved for any type of business loan, it's imperative that they have decent credit (650+, preferably 690+) and to be current on their school loans (deferment is fine). 
• DOWN PAYMENT!  It's also very important to understand that in order to qualify for and SBA (Small Business Administration) backed loan, you must have a significant down payment.  And, unless you have a rich relative, the best way to accumulate your down payment is to get paid enough to put it away.  Our doctors always have a minimum of 10% and often 15-20%+ of the purchase price saved so that they can purchase the practice that they've poured their heart and soul into.
