 The ION CHIRO Clinic Ownership Program is a Competitive Program and although we encourage everyone interested in owning their own Chiropractic clinic to go through our interview process, we will only select those candidates who we believe exhibit the drive and qualities necessary for success.  We only start one clinic at a time so that our focus is directed, which is why we only choose doctors that will take their future seriously and whom are willing to put forth the necessary effort to take off like a rocket!

The First Step in this program is to set up a phone interview so we can get to know you by asking you questions about your goals, dreams and expectations regarding your future, this will take approximately 30 minutes. Candidates who make it through the first interview are given a second phone interview to get to know us.  It is at this time that the candidate can hit us with any question that they may have about us and our program.

Candidates who make it through the first two interviews are then flown to the training facility in Scottsdale Arizona for a 2 day in- person interview process where the candidate can see what we do and even meet some of the doctors that are currently in our program and some who have completed our program and are enjoying clinic ownership; this is the final step and where we determine who is the perfect fit for the program.
